Barry came out to price up the job a couple of days after my enquiry. Written quote the same day which was very reasonable.
I was booked in for the work to be done the following week!

Thankyou to Barry and the boys for the loft boarding, shelving lighting and insulation. The team worked really hard and were a pleasure to have around. Made a real difference to the place.
Barry and the lads have installed 3 loft ladders and boarded out 2 attics for the family.
He’s also booked in to fit a new loft ladder for my mum. He also fitted a fire wall in an interconnecting attic.
Barry has a lot of building expertise so he knows his beans(and beams!)
Barry is great at communicating. Turns up on time and quotes quickly. The lads are very tidy. No swearing or loud music and take their work seriously.
Barry is well priced too.

Absolutely Brilliant! If you want a loft boarded don’t look anywhere else. Barry, Callum and Rob know what they are doing and I can recommend without any hesitation. From the initial quote and advice and meeting Barry, to starting the work was so easy and pleasant. They arrived and started work immediately, didn’t stop working all day, protected carpets, cleaned up, no issues whatsoever and really nice guys to have in your home. The loft and new extended hatch is first class and a very professional quality job. They are lovely gentlemen and I have to give a special mention to Rob, he is a star. They will definitely be my first call for any work required. I am more than pleased with the job they did for me. All done within one day and it has been a very pleasant day indeed. 100% recommended. Barry and Rob have carried out 2 loft ladders and boarding to our property and my daughters home as well as other minor works.
All the work has been carried out in a very professional manner and communication was both courteous and friendly

Barry is an absolute diamond. He is super skilled, reliable and works so hard to get the job done quickly, neatly and efficiently.
Before I found North Wales lofts I had messaged many different trades people and I was getting nowhere. I am so glad I filled out an enquiry on his website. I messaged online and Barry called me back within a couple of hours and came out to meet me the following day. He is multi-talented and trustworthy and a real gent. I am moving house and have a lot of work to get done on a small budget, Barry was understanding, kind and has gone out of his way to help me with a number of jobs.
He’s really knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. He is the best Christmas gift I could have asked for! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. It is not often you find people like Barry a man of his word, honest, genuine and an absolute grafter. So grateful to have found him.

Competitive quote and excellent workmanship from Barry and his team. Really happy with the finished result. Would definately recommend and use again.
We recently had one side of our loft converted and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was incredibly punctual, arriving on time every day and keeping everything on track from start to finish. We were especially impressed by the speed of the project.
They also kept everything remarkably clean and tidy, both during and after the work, which made a huge difference when still living in the house throughout the build.
We’re so pleased with the outcome that we’re already planning to have them back to convert the other side of the loft in the near future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company!

I have recently had my loft hatch moved, boarded and ladder installed. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They all worked hard to complete the work in just one day.
They made sure the area was well protected (just had new carpet fitted) and they cleared away all the rubbish afterwards. Highly recommend them.

Their work was done to a high standard and they left our home neat and tidy.
Our new loft flooring and the wider hatch entrance and loft ladder have transformed how we can use the space for storage. It is now quick and easy to access what was previously an unusable space. Great work.

We’ve just had our bungalow loft boarded by Barry and his team. They’ve done a really good job, and were able to start just the week after quoting. Very polite, tidy and came when they said they would. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

What can I say other than Barry, Rob, Daniel were excellent. Arrived on time, in fact early, set up no fuss, protecting carpets and from the first board down to the last neat tidy and perfect. Lighting was better than expected so a bonus. Then once finished half way through day two they cleared up, then hoovered the loft. Coffee and drinks to keep them hydrated is a must and if you really want to push the boat out buy Eccles cakes. I will use the team again with no hesitation.

Barry and his team arrived on time, protected the carpets and did a first class job on boarding the loft, fitting a new hatch complete with ladder, and lights, their workmanship was first class, we were so impressed we had them back to put us up a fence and double gates all which were made and fitted from scratch, absolutely brilliant job now looking into getting them back once more, this time to build a shed/workshop.
I highly recommend Barry and his team they do a fantastic job at very competitive prices.

Just had our loft boarded, the hatch extended and a ladder and light fitted by Barry, Rob and Callum. They have done an excellent job. Really good communication from Barry, from the initial enquiry, quote and booking in the fitting day. Really pleased with the end result, it has maximised our storage space so it is definately worth doing.
The guys are really friendly, work quickly and efficiently and clean up after themselves once the job is completed. Would definitely recommend and would use them for further work in future.

After having had a disappointing experience with another company I am so glad I called North Wales Lofts to insulate my loft. They were able to fit me in 9days later and did an excellent job with moving my hatch from the hall into the small bedroom, install a light and a folded loft ladder. Barry came back as promised to complete the boarding. The team was friendly, hard working and went the extra mile. I can definitely recommend the company.

Barry has been great.
He came out the day after I requested a quote for a full loft and roof boarding and a new ladder and loft hatch etc.
My house is an old cottage and I was having a lot of work done on it.
We arranged a start date, but because of the work being done I had to put it back a few times. It was a building site when he first came.
Barry worked around my timescales and changes with no problem.
It was going ahead 3 1/2 months later than intended, when I was actually living in the house.
There were some changes to the original plan because of new pipework but Barry calmly worked around these and completed the job with his workmen, Rob, Callum and Darren.
They were all kind and helpful and explained everything thoughout. They were all very clean and tidy, considering what they were working with up in the loft, and took care of my property, which I was now living in.
All that was needed at the end of the work was a quick hoover. You’d never know they’d been.
I would recommend Barry and his team. They worked hard and gave me a loft space which is safe, clean and makes my house exceptionally warm with all the new insulation in the roof space.

Loft boarded out – house now has loads more storage space! Barry was quick to come round and quote, then great communication and turned up exactly when he said they would. Work was done in a day and no mess. Very pleased with the result.
